JSC "NC "Kazakhstan Engineering" (hereinafter - "Kazakhstan Engineering") wanted to refute false information posted in a number of online publications related to the main activities of JSC "Tynys".

One of the Internet publications published a video article containing false data on the activities of Tynys JSC, thus forming an opinion among the public that Tynys JSC is a military plant that supplies military products to other countries, as well as false information that the shareholder " Kazakhstan Engineering” is JSC “NWF “Samruk-Kazyna”.

Firstly, "Kazakhstan Engineering" was established by the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the only shareholder of which is the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The rights of ownership and use of the state block of shares of the Company were transferred to the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development. Thus, we note that Kazakhstan Engineering is not a subsidiary of JSC NWF Samruk-Kazyna.

Secondly, Tynys JSC is a diversified, developing enterprise with many years of experience. JSC Tynys is not a military plant. Over the 50-year history, Tynys JSC has never supplied special protection equipment (body armor), military equipment or weapons for export.

The main activity of Tynys JSC is aimed at the production of civilian products.

In 2005, Tynys JSC implemented an investment project for the production of polyethylene pipes with a diameter of 10 to 250 mm using the equipment of the German manufacturer Krauss Maffei. Later, in 2009-2010, new lines for the production of polyethylene pipes with a diameter of 110 to 1000 mm were launched. Today, the enterprise produces polyethylene pipes of different diameters.

In addition, in 2013 Tynys JSC implemented an investment project to develop the foundry production of gasified models with a production capacity of up to 1000 tons per year.

JSC "Tynys" also specializes in the production of mobile artificial lung ventilation (ALV), electric wheelchairs, fire extinguishers OP and OS, rubber products, parts of the contact network for railway transport, as well as the production of consumer goods.

In connection with the ban of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the export of weapons and military equipment, neither Tynys JSC nor any enterprise of the Kazakhstan Engineering structure supplies weapons and military equipment for export.

Regarding the inclusion of this company in the sanctions list of Ukraine, we have no official information on this issue.

At the same time, as part of the implementation of the Government Decree on privatization, on May 10, 2023, a 100% block of ordinary shares of Tynys JSC was sold to a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan following the results of an electronic tender on the State Property Register Web Portal www.gosreestr.kz.

Kazakhstan Engineering does not own shares in KAMAZ Engineering JSC.

We call on media representatives, online publications, public groups of social network users and bloggers to check any information before publication, to clarify the position of all parties. The management of "Kazakhstan Engineering" reserves the right to apply to the court to protect its business reputation in relation to persons who post false information.
