JSC “Tynys” has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with Vologda State University (VoSU), the autonomous non-profit organization “North–South,” and the International Charity Foundation “Phoenix,” which provides support to people with severe illnesses.
The document serves as the foundation for forming a sustainable humanitarian and technological ecosystem that unites the potential of industry, science, educational institutions, and international partners.
The agreement expands areas of cooperation across several key fields, including:
- Organization of the production of medical and social rehabilitation equipment within the framework of import substitution programs and ensuring technological sovereignty;
- Implementation of joint humanitarian and charitable initiatives aimed at supporting veterans, persons with disabilities, individuals with severe illnesses, and socially vulnerable groups;
- Development of new educational tracks and research programs at VoSU with the involvement of the expertise of JSC “Tynys” and the Phoenix Foundation;
- Expansion of international humanitarian cooperation and promotion of social and technological initiatives in the countries of Asia, Africa, and Latin America;
- Creation of an innovative product line, ensuring patent protection, and introducing these products to foreign markets;
- Development of a franchising model for scaling the project while ensuring the interests and oversight of JSC “Tynys.”
The signing of the Memorandum strengthens international cooperation and opens new opportunities for the development of socially significant technologies and joint projects.
