The modern strategy of Tynys JSC is aimed at the implementation of large investment projects and the development of new areas of activity. As part of the expansion of the civil engineering development program, the enterprise achieved outstanding production success within a month and broke its record in terms of the number of civilian products produced.
The company has mastered the following wide range of products for various customers:
1. Production of polyethylene pipes
In July, Tynys JSC successfully manufactured 21,268 linear meters of pressure pipes from customer-supplied polyethylene with diameters from 63 mm to 800 mm. Polyethylene pipes with a diameter of 315 mm were also produced with a total of 1900 running meters.
2. Products for agricultural machinery
In this segment, 150 fuel tanks were manufactured, as well as 1,100 counterweights for agricultural machinery, tractors and combines.
3. Products for trucks KAMAZ
The production and delivery of an air receiver in the amount of 800 pieces, as well as receivers in the amount of 180 pieces.
4. Gas stop valves
500 RDSG2-1,2 reducers and 150 R-30 oxygen reducers were manufactured.
5. Products for KTZ
A record number of friction wedge products for gondola cars was produced in the amount of 8650 pieces.
6. Fire extinguishing media
In the amount of 54 pcs. powder fire extinguishers OP-2 were manufactured.
In addition to the above-mentioned areas, there is also a conclusion of long-term contracts for the production of polyethylene pipes. In addition, a contract was successfully signed for the supply of equipment for the establishment of the production of pre-insulated pipes with a diameter of up to 630 mm, and work is currently underway to prepare the site for the placement of equipment. An important stage is also the completion of a research project and the production of a practical sample of a modular protective structure. Also, being at the production stage, replaceable wear parts for agricultural machines and units are being developed.
The technological capabilities of production at the enterprise make it possible to manufacture products of a high degree of complexity. In turn, the continuation and strengthening of active work in the field of civil production contributes to an increase in the number of jobs and makes a significant contribution to the further development of the machine-building industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
