NC Kazakhstan Engineering JSC informs that as part of the implementation of the Government Decree, on May 10, 2023, a 100% block of ordinary shares of Tynys JSC was sold to a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan following the results of an electronic tender on the State Property Register Web Portal www.gosreestr.kz .

Tynys JSC is a diversified, developing enterprise with many years of experience. JSC Tynys is not a military plant. The main activity is aimed at the production of civilian products.

In 2005, Tynys JSC implemented an investment project for the production of polyethylene pipes with a diameter of 10 to 250 mm using the equipment of the German manufacturer Krauss Maffei. This project was an important step in the framework of the state policy to provide the country's population with clean drinking water. Later, in 2009-2010, new lines for the production of polyethylene pipes with a diameter of 110 to 1000 mm were launched. Today, the enterprise produces polyethylene pipes of different diameters.

In addition, in 2013 Tynys JSC implemented an investment project to develop the foundry production of gasified models with a production capacity of up to 1000 tons per year. This project allowed the company to expand its product range and meet the needs of the agricultural, railway and oil and gas industries. JSC "Tynys" also specializes in the production of mobile artificial lung ventilation (ALV), wheelchairs with electric drive, as well as fire extinguishers OP and OS.

In connection with the ban of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the export of weapons and military equipment, neither Tynys JSC nor any enterprise of the structure of JSC NC Kazakhstan Engineering supplies weapons and military equipment for export.

The thesis that “Special protective clothing produced in Kokshetau was also purchased by the power structures of Russia and Belarus” is not true. In the entire history of Tynys JSC, this product has never been exported.

Regarding the inclusion of this company in the sanctions list of Ukraine, we have no official information on this issue.
